Position:    HR Service Center Member Primary Responsibilities Be part of a brand-new HR Shared Services Team for Global organization. The tasks handled will be varied in nature, Collaborate with vendors to ensure 100% compliance with payroll and labor laws. Conduct and handling audits related to statutory compliance. Handle Provident Fund (PF) queries and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues promptly. Assist employees with PF-related processes such as contributions, withdrawals, and transfers. Maintain accurate records of PF transactions and communications. Coordinate with vendor to Prepare and manage monthly compliance dashboards to track and report on compliance metrics. Assist in resolving time and attendance-related queries and issues. Transactional data entry into the HR System of record. Acting as back-up for India HR Operational activities. Having payroll is added advantage.   Good to have Skills: Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the HR system of record, maintaining compliance with global standards and policies. Employee Queries: Handling employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems in a timely and efficient manner through ticketing system. Collaboration: Working closely with regional HR teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless employee experience. Process Optimization: Collaborating to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Global Service Delivery: Scaling the team to handle HR operations across multiple geographies, standardizing processes, and ensuring consistency in service delivery. Knowledge Sharing: Establishing a knowledge base and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

This is just a beginning of our journey, and more responsibilities and tools will be brought into HR Shared Services Team as we grow the team. Desired Competencies/Experience Experience in an HR Shared Services department in a global organization with excellent English communication skills. Occasionally support work during non-India work hours to coordinate with stakeholders in the other Geographies. Experience in HRIS such as UltiPro HR / Darwinbox/ Success factors / Workday / People Strong / is mandatory (at least two). Experience in Service Now platform is an added advantage.   Requirements Experience in an HR Shared Services organization for a global company. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Experience documenting HR processes and developing Desktop Procedures. Possess strong compliance knowledge and coordinate with vendors to ensure 100% statutory compliance. Handle employee Provident Fund (PF) queries and coordinate with vendors to resolve them promptly. Experience with HR compliance audits and reporting.
