The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. 

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (“USCM”) manages marketing on behalf of American Express in the U.S. Consumer market with a focus on making membership essential to our customers. This includes acquiring new customers and reinforcing the benefits of membership with existing Card Members. The US Customer Growth Marketing team supports this vision by optimizing marketing of additional products and card features with the goal of deepening customer engagement and accelerating revenue growth.

The Sr. Analyst MYCA, Lending Treatments will design and execute marketing campaigns spanning the logged in Card Member Account experience (“MYCA”) across web and mobile with a focus on critical lending treatments, specifically Personal Loans, CLP (“Customer Level Pricing” or Promo APR), and Income Capture. They will own all MYCA growth marketing campaigns within this portfolio and be responsible for end-to-end execution, forecasting, test & learn activities, troubleshooting, and results analysis. This is a high-visibility role given the volume driven by the MYCA channel and its critical importance in our ability to meet Customer Growth revenue goals. This individual will work closely with colleagues across USCM, Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions, Analytics, lending product teams, Legal/Compliance, Finance, marketing capabilities teams, and reporting platform teams to deliver for our Card Members and for the business. This role requires both creative and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong relationship management, and ability to successfully balance competing priorities. The ideal candidate has a solution-oriented mindset, a high degree of organization, a proactive work ethic, and experience with marketing campaign execution. 

Core responsibilities include:

Support a robust marketing calendar of Personal Loans, CLP, and Income Capture campaigns across the logged-in Card Member web and mobile experiences, in partnership with leader and peers Spearhead key steps of the campaign execution process including copy development, test design, GCO/LOBCO reviews, set-up in marketing platforms, and testing  Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth (e.g., new placements, creative test & learn, dynamic variables, journey optimization, etc.)  Facilitate campaign troubleshooting and recruit assistance from partners where needed Analyze results by placement and treatment to translate into insights and optimize performance  Support monthly forecasting and results commentary exercises  Speak to results and new initiatives in various internal forums with leadership and cross-enterprise partners 

Qualifications:

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
