As a result, the Product Management and Lending (PML) organization has been created to evolve our portfolio and transform the way we meet customer’s borrowing needs in an evolving landscape. Within PML, the U.S. Insurance Team owns a portfolio of No Additional Charge (NAC) and fee-based insurance products and services for customers across the Consumer, Small Business and Corporate portfolios, totaling $170M in Revenue. The team has an ambitious growth plan to double revenue in 1 year. The **Senior Analyst, Product Management** supports this objective by ensuring the ongoing health of the portfolio and innovating new strategies for Trip Cancel Guard™ Product. This includes core aspects of portfolio management (e.g., P&L management, engagement strategies, NPS and complaint tracking), product strategy (e.g., value proposition definition, product refresh), and external partnership management.
