What you’ll be doing: Support the Sales Incentive Compensation and related seller motivation programs, including Sales Excellence and SPIFF initiatives Participate in the design and financial modeling for role-specific plan agreements and create/review/edit other commission related documentation Partner with the Manager, Incentive Compensation for ongoing analysis related to incentive compensation results e.g., monthly accrual and commissions, crediting, quotas, and related workflows. Provide support for troubleshooting issues and responding to employee inquiries Support the delivery of a month-end analytical reporting connecting sources of seller action to pay-outs within the incentive compensation program Ad-hoc commission related reporting as directed Directly support program design, analytics and success measures for the Incentive Compensation program spanning +1650 Staples Sales employees across +50 selling roles. Scope encompasses impact on development of business requirements, assess effectiveness of target setting, analytics to demonstrate success and impact to sales results. Participate in quarterly and/or monthly program reviews to monitor health and facilitate and communicate updates as needed.
