Basic Job Functions:
Responsible for assistance with tax compliance and quarterly international tax provision with respect to U.S. international tax. The position will interface with the corporate tax team to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
Experience:
Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in U.S. taxation Experience with Microsoft OfficeProducts Experience with Corptax Big Four Public Accounting background preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant or equivalent a plus.
Required Skills:
Self-motivated Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce quality results Experienced with U.S. international tax forms such as Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8992, 8993, 1118 and related disclosure statements Experienced in U.S. international tax concepts such as earnings and profits, Subpart F income, GILTI and foreign tax credits Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Preparation and review of U.S. international tax forms such as Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8992, 8993, 1118 and related work papers. Preparation and review of U.S. withholding tax calcuations and related Forms 1042 and 1042-S Preparation of election forms and disclosures in compliance with cross-border and international taxes. Assist in the monitoring of legislative, administrative and judicial developments for changes that will affect the Company. Support the corporate tax team with quarterly international tax provision computations Support maintenance of tax software systems including Corptax with regard to foreign entities’ ownership and information.
