岗位职责:
1.  负责宁夏、青海、甘肃、新疆（包括兵团）的药品和耗材集中带量采购、医疗服务收费、医保编码，以及新产品上市等准入工作，针对地方医保政策进行分析，找到有利于公司业务发展的政策机会，执行公司既定战略
2.  与政府部门、重点行业学协会建立并保持良好的关系，为重点产品在负责的区域争取早期和最大化的市场准入，并协助当地销售解决市场准入问题
3.  对重要客户制定定期拜访计划，及时了解省级和市级的准入动态
4.  提供政策分析以支持业务决策，并负责指导当地销售人员了解和掌握各项政策法规
5.  开展跨部门沟通，与销售、市场、商务等部门协力工作，使得公司在当地顺利开展业务工作，确保整体业务目标的实现

任职资质:
1.  医药相关专业本科或以上学历
2.  3年以上政府事务相关的工作经验，善于内部及外部人际关系的处理及出色的沟通技巧
3.  医药政策分析和良好的解决问题能力
