Job Description

Key responsibilities

Review articles already translated to localize for native speaking. Articles include setup, decision trees, articles, FAQs, and guides.Deliver quality articles to effectively help customers to troubleshoot their queries. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)Ability to develop or collaborate with the client to develop writing style guides with client TOV, if requiredExperience doing research using multiple sources.Ability to meet deadlines.

 

Qualifications

Qualification/education/skills

At least 1-2 years of copy editing (in single or dual language) experienceProficiency (B1/B2) certification in language of choice. Also, good understanding of cultural sensitivity and grammarExcellent communication and writing skills.Ease in both English and target languageExperience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Oxygen) would be an added advantage.Good people skillsGraduate in any stream or related fieldBachelor’s/master’s degree in language of preference would be an added advantage.Should have a portfolio of published articles, if required
