Education and Experience Requirements Associate's Degree required or Degree in IT related field preferred. equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years experience supporting large technology projects.

Position Purpose:

Provide consulting Services projects. Consult, assess or audit, design and interview customers to determine highly technical requirements. Convert requirements into actionable scope of work. Provide knowledge transfer to the customer. Configure and lead the design, configuration and deployment of Unified Communications (Video, VoIP and data networks). Deliver to current client requirements and generate additional consulting work by understanding the client's need and showing them the justification for new technologies that fit their business. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades .

Support license pool and 165+ signage endpoints. Operationalize common requests and transition them to the Video Service Delivery team .

Provide oversight to suppliers and managed service providers in completing new deployments. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems .

Interact with IT staff, internal customers and suppliers in delivering solutions .

Skilled in the programming of audio DSP units from multiple vendors. Skilled in the loading of Crestron or AMX code and user interfaces .

Provide technical support and guidance on software installation, utilization and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation. Analyze the customer’s technical environment and explain complex issues to customers in a non-technical way to maintain customer satisfaction .

Observe and report on activities used to support customers; provide ideas, input, and innovation throughout the development process .

Participates in full lifecycle of Problem Management including: Proactive Identification of Problems, Root Cause Investigation, Problem Resolution, Identification and Tracking of Incidents, Incident Classification, Incident Escalation, Incident Resolution .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: Project Management training certification highly recommended. CTS Certification highly recommended.

Good understanding of project portfolio management, project funding and project management across projects.

Collaboration and decision making skills.

Soft skills and technical skills that contribute to client satisfaction.

Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures and standards, ITIL principles certification strongly preferred.

Highly creative and inquisitive; able to multitask effectively; detail-oriented, innovative, adaptive, team player.

A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
