Job Description Contributes to execute the Company's annual global internal audit plan in finance, technology, operations, strategic and compliance, includes to provide an independent assurance approach to specific operational activities, which adds value and improve processes to evaluate risk management, controls, governance and internal controls effectiveness at local operational units, subsidiaries and Corporate. Evaluates corporate policies for compliance with the organization’s standards. Works with other auditors and management to recommend changes to identify exception to strengthen controls. Consults and advise management on process and control improvements. Responsibilities: + Contributes to audit examinations with staff and review results in compliance with the Institute Internal Auditors Standards. Develop audit programs to address risks identified in the audit plan. Create work papers in support of audit work. Situational awareness, show flexibility and collaboration in approach, adapts in difficult circumstances and continuously strives to achieve a result. + Review to ensure work is in compliance with the systems, procedures, rules, objectives and timescales set by the organization (US GAAP, The Brink’s Policy and Procedures and local key regulatory requirements). + Develop subordinates and provide on-the-job training and daily supervision of staff, includes review of their work. + Develops recommended changes in existing operational and / or financial policies and procedures to correct actual or potential deficiencies or improve internal control. + Consider problems as a challenge, collect information relevant to the problem, disciplined in ascertain of the root cause, identifies and develop a practical solution, communicate the findings and implement action to resolve the problem. + Contributes with various regional office administrative duties, includes selection of audit projects, staff schedule cost control and special projects. Qualifications: + 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance + Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting or Finance + CPA, CA, CIA or CFE required + CISA preferred What’s Next?
