Sr Avionics Installer

Summary: Seeking a Sr Avionics Installer to provide work direction, ensure task completion, and install/modify avionics systems according to engineering specifications.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years related work experience; or four (4) years experience in an avionics/electronic career field

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

Working knowledge of Gulfstream Policies and Procedures manual, Inspection Procedures manual, and pertinent Process Specifications

Preferred Skills:

Proven ability to transition to new tasks with minimal impact on schedule

Job Responsibilities:

Provide work direction to technicians

Ensure completion of tasks within allotted time frame

Coordinate with other departments for on-time aircraft delivery

Install/modify/fabricate wiring and electrical components per blueprints and engineering drawings

Contribute to the development of employees and techniques as a skilled specialist

Assist Engineering in resolving problems and making repairs as directed

Maintain required logs and records

Enforce company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations



Pay Details: $22.00 to $29.00 per hour
