Reporting to the Benefits Manager, this role will primarily focus on system configuration and support, mass transaction processing, data integrity and audits, report writing and analytics affecting the benefit plans. Your activities Provide day-to-day advanced technical administration and maintenance of Benefit plans in HRIS system, while ensuing data integrity through routine audits and corrections. Serve as a primary point-of-contact for escalated technical Benefits/HRIS issues from stakeholders and troubleshoot system issues and research solutions to improve system efficiencies. Lead Benefits/HRIS projects, implementations, upgrades, plan renewals and enhancements Provides guidance and assistance to HR Business Partners at all company locations on Benefits issues. Responsible for administrative auditing of reporting, analyzing data, corrections and insuring data integrity between benefit carriers and HRIS system, including but not limited to deferral elections, demographic information, eligibility, and transactions associated with hires, ransfers, terminations. Administer all employee benefit programs which include processing enrollments, terminations and changes. Assist COBRA participants with benefit plan inquiries. Configures open enrollment in HRIS and manages open enrollment. Coordinates benefits processing. Processes enrollments errors, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries updates. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Develop advanced ad-hoc analytics, reports, through the use of business intelligence tools, ensuring raw data is translated into meaningful dashboards, metrics, and reports that assists in supporting HR programs and business decisions Other duties and tasks, as assigned. Your profile Thorough understanding and knowledge of various industry-leading HRIS software solutions (Lawson preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Lawson MS Add-Ins preferred). Strong report writing skills (Crystal Reports preferred). Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes (compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, payroll etc.) and subject matter expertise in multiple HCM modules. Experience implementing enterprise level HRIS platforms preferred. Three years experience supporting and administering HRIS systems. Bachelor’s Degree required or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze, listen, clarify, solve problems and work independently.
