What You’ll Do:
· Create Winning Proposals: Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs, showcasing T-Mobile’s unique value.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to gather information and create compelling proposals that reflect the best of T-Mobile.
· Manage Projects: Handle high-volume proposal requests, prioritize strategic opportunities, and ensure timely delivery.
· Leverage Technology: Use RFP automation tools to streamline the process, integrating and customizing content to fit specific requirements.
· Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, new offerings, and best practices in proposal management to continuously improve your skills and the proposal process.
· Innovate and Improve: Contribute fresh ideas to enhance processes, connect with new audiences, and drive business growth.

· Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new proposal management practices, service offerings, and competitive landscapes.
· Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance processes and technology to improve efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Age & Authorization: At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (communications, marketing, English, etc.). A combination of education and experience, including APMP certification, is also highly valuable.
