The role you’ll contribute:

Performs the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant systems for the organization including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hot water systems, etc. Coordinates and performs testing of boiler/chiller systems as required by codes. Assists other trades as needed and general maintenance related to the facility.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Schedules and performs preventative maintenance according to procedure including but not limited to inspecting, calibrating, adjusting, lubricating, repairing, and replacing.

· Performs major overhauls and rebuilds.

· Maintains equipment at optimum efficiency using accepted procedures.

· troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance

· Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High School education or equivalent

· 4 years of experience

· Valid Drivers License

· Boiler Operator License
