Sr Building Automation Field Service Technician

As a Sr Building Automation Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and service to our customers in the business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipment installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customersConduct equipment installations, maintenance, and repairsProvide technical support and training to customersWork with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,200 - $72,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of proven experience in HVAC or Building Automation field service or a related technical roleStrong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to effectively communicate technical concepts to customersStrong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
