Job Description Insight Global's client, a leading company in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their software engineering team. This team has been operating without a dedicated business analyst, and they need someone to come in and drive the requirements gathering process, analyze existing metrics, and provide actionable feedback to enhance our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. - Metrics Analysis: Review and analyze existing metrics, providing insights and recommendations on how to improve data collection and reporting processes. - Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the software engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and recommendations. - Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. - Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
