Sr Business Analyst AML Remediation

TEKsystems is looking for a Business Analyst that has extensive experience working on AML/Remediation projects in a large banking environment for a 18 month remote contract.
Project Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our AML Remediation project. The successful candidate will work on new consent orders and articles within the AML Project. The role involves collaborating with the BA COE Team and the Delivery Lead to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather and document business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and refine requirements.
Differentiate between business and technical requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
Create detailed process maps to support project objectives.
Maintain a professional presence in all interactions with stakeholders and team members.
Apply AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
Strong BA Athlete with a proven track record in business analysis.
Excellent stakeholder facilitation skills.
Proficient in elicitation and collaboration techniques.
Ability to differentiate between business and technical requirements.
Expertise in process mapping.
Professional presence and strong communication skills.
Extensive experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in AML projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interview Process: Candidates will interview with the BA COE Team and the Delivery Lead.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
