THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: This role is hybrid working out of our corporate office in Bolingbrook, IL six days per month. TheSr. Business Analyst, Supply Chain Inventory will develop and enhance tools to bring visibility for assortment and inventory planning. The individual will drive alignment and decision-making with cross-functional stakeholders for inventory-related decisions. The individual will utilize analytics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory flow for the distribution network to achieve business objectives. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Providing insights and recommendations to optimize inventory flow, plan for seasonal fluctuations, and develop proactive problem response tactics. Creating, maintaining, and continuously improving tools and processes. Enabling activities that support the achievement of the near-term and midrange plans across the enterprise. Participating in process improvement initiatives across business units to deliver efficiencies and benefits to the enterprise. Partnering with Merchandising and MP&I to aid in transition planning and provide a view for product flow into and out of the DCs and stores. Analyzing and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to further collaborate and drive improvement across the supply chain. Creating effective PowerPoint presentations that include influential data points utilizing easy-to-interpret visuals. Presenting insights to the Supply Chain team in large group settings. Automating processes and analyzing data using SQL, DAX Studio, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel. Coordinating with Systems, IT, and BI teams to ensure efficient use of data and technology. Consolidating information and key data points to frame a cross-functional perspective for decision-makers in the organization. Driving decision-making and alignment of business plans with cross-functional stakeholders. Functioning as a key liaison between Supply Chain and MP&I/O to drive consensus on important inventory-related decisions. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain operations or inventory. Strong communication and presentation skills Enthusiastic, persistent, action-oriented, and a strong sense of accountability Able to analyze data, models, and results. Should possess advanced computer skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Power Query Working knowledge of SAP preferred. Must be comfortable learning new software. Advanced Excel & MS Office skills required. Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and best practices. Lead and facilitate meetings. Strong business acumen and financial understanding of trade-offs in decision-making. Strong strategic mindset, with critical reasoning and qualitative analysis experience. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, able to prioritizing appropriately and responding to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude along with operating independently with minimal direction. #LI-JB2 #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $76,100.00 - $97,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
