The Sr. Business Applications Analyst will gather business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop functional specifications to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for application configurations, implementations, and maintenance while identifying and implementing business process improvements and successfully building relationships internally and externally. As a high-level specialist, you’ll provide ongoing advance application support to business end-users.

What Success Looks Like:

Lead business application projects and communicate requirements to the development teams. Work with internal customers and external business partners to determine business needs, write system process specifications, and implement software solutions. Work on divisional IT projects, including internal business initiatives, external customer and supplier projects, and corporate / enterprise IT requirements. Identify software solutions to ensure the applications and integrations align with the business strategy. Lead all facets of business requirements analysis, prepare Scope of Work (SOW) for software solutions. Design business systems by defining the application architecture, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements. Coordinate all division application design and development work, leveraging Enterprise Applications / Shared Services or outsourced service providers for technical development work. Work with business users to ensure all application programming is adequately tested for Quality Assurance before deploying throughout the business operations. Train end-users, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), and Business Process Owners (BPO’s) on using business applications effectively to perform their jobs. Ability to travel 10% - 25%.

 

What You Bring:

8+ years of experience in Information Technology 4+ years working in applications roles, with a minimum of 2 years as a Business Applications Analyst Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree is a plus

 

The targeted salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000.
