Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Cox Communications is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Data Architect to become an integral part of our innovative Cox Business Enablement team. In this exciting role, you’ll harness your expertise in Salesforce Marketing technology to propel our business forward, leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovate Solutions: Develop and propose data and technology solutions tailored to client needs while adhering to modern data architecture best practices within the CBForce ecosystem (Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud).

Strategic Impact: Provide insights that guide technology investments, enhancing enterprise architecture and maximizing ROI.

Hands-On Development: Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Marketing Representation: Advocate for marketing needs in designing an integrated data framework that aligns with enterprise standards.

Prototype Creation: Engage in hands-on coding and configuration to create solution prototypes.

Collaborative Leadership: Partner with technology teams to lead the selection of innovative solutions.

Effective Communication: Clearly convey project expectations to stakeholders and team members, fostering strong ongoing relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).

Proficiency in developing automations, data extensions, journeys, and APIs for email, SMS, and reporting in Data Cloud.

Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and CRM applications, particularly Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica.

Strong understanding of business process design, ETL flow processes, and data integration.

Proficiency in SQL/SOQL with skills in data analysis and problem-solving.

Familiarity with tools like AWS, Oracle, Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud, Informatica MDM, and MuleSoft.

Preferred Qualifications:

Data Model Design: Experience designing and extending the Salesforce Data Cloud Data Model, including creating and managing Calculated Insights and Transformations.

Certifications: Data Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce SOQL, Reports & Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), Informatica MDM, and Oracle SQL Developer.
