SR Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sr Business Development Manager (B2B)** to drive growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing partnerships with new travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders within the B2B travel space. This key role involves developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance our company’s market position and revenue. Pay rate 100K + commissions **Must be located in the following in one of the Following Cities:** East Coast: 1. **New York City, New York** 2. **Miami, Florida** 3. **Atlanta, Georgia** 4. **Washington,** **D.C.** 5. **Boston, Massachusetts** West Coast: 1. **Los Angeles, California** 2. **San Francisco, California** 3. **Seattle, Washington** 4. **San Diego, California** 5. **Las Vegas, Nevada** **Sr Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:** + Focus on acquiring new partners to expand TBO's customer base through proactive hunting of leads. + Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and market growth targets. + Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas of expansion within the B2B travel industry. + Analyze competitors’ offerings and market positioning to refine sales strategies. + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as travel agencies, corporate accounts, and channel partners. + Identify and target potential B2B clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their travel requirements. + Manage contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful onboarding of new clients. + Define strategies to increase the conversion of leads into growing partnerships. + Train and guide new clients to become experts in using TBO’s platform. + Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels. + Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior management. + Track KPIs and measure success against strategic goals, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. **Qualifications and Skills for the Sr Business Development Manager:** + Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, Tourism** , or a related field.
