The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the development, deployment, and alignment of analytic solutions. Sr Business Intelligence Analysts are visualization and reporting experts, capable of transforming data, discovering data insights, and using those insights to present a story. Due to the expertise and experience required for this role, this role will routinely work with other team members to provide technical expertise, and mentorship.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare or related field required.
· In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
· Four (4) or more years of experience in health insurance, managed care, provider reimbursement, outcomes research, or other healthcare decision support fields required.
· Four (4) or more years of experience in healthcare. Intermediate SQL experience, advanced data visualization, and analysis experience is required.
· Previous experience or working knowledge of Epic EMR.
· This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however, if hired, they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date.
