Chubb Global Services North America is seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Multinational Business Analyst to join our Multinational Analytics team. This new role will be pivotal in expanding the support provided to the global multinational insurance business.
Chubb Global Services provides best-in-class service across all disciplines, including account management, finance, reverse flow underwriting, operations, and reporting. The Multinational Analytics team is tasked with using our vast data resources to track and monitor performance to continuously improve and expand our market-leading capabilities.
As a Senior Multinational Business Analyst, your role will be focused on our reporting discipline, producing and analyzing the data that proves exceptional service standard. It will involve the development of new reporting features and data assets, leveraging data produced by Global Services’ own systems and other divisions, and enhancing our existing suite of dashboard reports consumed by Global Services leadership and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with a passion for analytics and experience harnessing the power of data and automation, who is willing to explore new tools, techniques, and businesses to create impactful analytical solutions for our business. This role will work on building the next level of advanced analytical processes and reports for Chubb’s global multinational business portfolio. This role will also be key in identifying gaps and growth areas within the suite of currently available information and executing project plans designed to expand the impact and exposure of the Multinational Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with account service management, application managers, and IT infrastructure teams attached to the department. Know how data is produced in the multinational insurance operational landscape and the business context that shapes its volume, velocity, variety and veracity. Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and transformations using SQL and Python. Analyze and leverage a variety of data sources to provide insights into the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of multinational insurance programs. Create engaging and informative dashboards using data visualization tools, with a focus on Qlik Sense. Monitor dashboard reload performance. Provide clear and effective guidance on the consumption of data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Guide users towards the path of success by making them aware of the dimensions and measures available to them. Ingest feedback from consumers of data. Identify the root causes of anomalies, create solutions and implement them in a timely fashion to improve our service offering to our stakeholders. Stay informed about differing processes and procedures across Chubb’s global operations to ensure accurate data interpretation and reporting.Engage with new analytics technology deployed at Chubb and stay informed of developments in reporting capabilities. Leverage relationships with other divisions to spot opportunities to improve and increase the insights available from our data.

Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for analytics and creative problem-solving, with a desire to be on the front foot when it comes to tools and techniques. Ability to meet deadlines with high-quality end-products in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter and innovator who can successfully set direction and priorities, manage own work, and drive results. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. Proficiency in SQL and Python, with demonstrated experience in data pipeline and ETL creation. Familiarity with data visualization tools, especially Qlik Sense. Knowledge of creating data connections to Azure environments is desirable but not required. Experience with Databricks and Snowflake is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functions.
