Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree5 + years relevant experience

Experience assisting with planning, coordinating, and vetting consolidated Governance CalendarsMonitoring and tracking accurate and timely delivery of materialsEstablishing and implementing review schedulesTracking and closing of action itemsWorking with leadership to proactively plan for executive committee meeting requirements and annual planning processesMaintaining inventory, tracking, and monitoring of annual frameworks, policies, and standardsAssisting with exec level meeting minutesPreparing various standard decksAssisting with ad hoc reporting, audit/CPG request fulfillment, stakeholder communications, etc.
