Due to the growth opportunities in this market, we have an opening\nfor a Channel Excellence Specialist who will own the execution of\nthe channel partner program in this region/country.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop\n and represent a point of view on channel priorities, program competitiveness/attractiveness to\n regional partners and on opportunities to support regional commercial\n objectives through improvements in program structure and execution.Own\n the delivery of the Channel Partner Program to the region/country\n channel partners.Ensure\n regional channel partner footprint is aligned to strategic plan\n and AOP objectives, including vertical and geographic coverage.\n Propose changes where needed to ensure alignment. Execute\n competitive program analysis in partnership with regional\n commercial teams. Suggest and implement regional program improvements to\n continue positioning HON as the preferred partner.In\n partnership with regional and line of business channel marketing teams,\n will execute strategies to support channel growth KPIs, including\n growth in Marketing Development Funds (MDF) usage and ROI, partner\n engagement and retention metrics, and rebate program design.Generate channel\n insights for the region/country and represent it in monthly\n channel team reviews with functional and business leadership.Drive\n annual partner tier alignment and program launches for\n the region.Implement\n initiatives to drive adoption and usage of digital program tools,\n such as the partner portal, positioning and reinforcing it as a\n value-added program benefit.Manage compliance\n and legal requirements of the channel program, ensuring\n deployment and renewal of program agreements, channel contracts, partner\n due diligence and vetting.Drive\n adoption of channel-facing marketing processes, such as the\n MDF and promotions submission/review.Represent\n channel at customer-facing functions, including channel partner summits\n and other events.Partner\n with channel excellence and regional commercial teams to ensure partner\n POS and inventory data reporting.MUST HAVE
3+\n years of overall experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations or\n excellence, preferably within channel-focused industries or companiesWE VALUE
