The Channel Sales Representative drives the sale of\nproducts, systems, and services through resellers/channels to achieve sales and\nprofit goals. Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets\nshort and long-term channel strategies. This role will foster reseller\nsatisfaction and performance. He/ She will develop customer relationships\nthrough partnering and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. with\ndistributors or resellers. This role will provide education of Honeywell\nproducts through technical presentations and will manage, maintain, and provide\nreports and opportunity status through regular business reviews. Additionally,\nhe/ she will analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and drive\nbusiness through e-commerce portal. This role is responsible for building\nrelationships and growing the business at existing distributors by selling new\nand existing applications, and helps distributors win business with new\nend-customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve annual sales plan\nleveraging all resources to maximize sales growth.
2. Execute marketing and sales\nprograms for territory growth.
3. Provide product support and\ntraining. This includes assisting system integrators and end users\nwith technical aspects of project proposals and submittals as well as the\nproduct value proposition.
4. Define and track opportunity\npipeline.
5. Create new business,\nmaintain current business, and manage growth created by End User conversions\nand getting Honeywell products specified by Consulting Engineers and\nArchitects.
6. Create market awareness of\nEnergy Efficiency and Optimization opportunities.
7. Coordinate with other team\nmembers to maximize sales coverage of the commercial markets.
8. Diagnosing and correcting\nsystem failures – onsite and remote.
Create\n tools/utilities/applications/guides that ease the adoption of new products\n and improve the efficiency of programming/configuring Honeywell’s\n offerings.
Support\n key Marketing events by building tradeshow/virtual product demos and\n presenting Honeywell’s products and technologies to both technical and\n non-technical audiences.
Continually\n learn about the latest in buildings technologies and become the technical\n advisor for key systems integrator customers.
Perform\n competitive analysis of products and services from other suppliers and\n feed critical findings back into Honeywell’s strategic planning process.
Collect\n Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback about new product and service\n proposals and serve as the Technical Product Owner on development teams.
Own\n and drive Beta testing and/or Proof of Concept customer evaluations for\n New Product Initiatives (NPI).
Leverage\n your field experience to advocate for customer needs/opportunities and\n bring a system-wide perspective to maximize the ROI of Honeywell’s\n investments.
16. Ability to travel 50 percent or more is\nrequired.

Must haves:
· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience selling in multi-level sales.
· Knowledge and experience in related industries.
· Electrical experience is required.
· Experience in standard productivity software suites (Google, Microsoft Office, etc.).
· Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix- team environment.
