About the Role 

Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. Works with complex territory/account(s), products, or services. Supports some high profile accounts/clients. Has a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts. Develops colleagues' and customers' understanding. Has broad authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.

Responsibilities

· Building effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers at an assigned customer accounts ensuring satisfaction

· Setting up annual sales plan and achieve sales target assigned by company

· Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities

· Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account

· Conducting strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs in alignment with our services

· Optimizing commercial strategies to meet the clients needs and influencing key players through high personal standing

Requirements

· Have the ability to undertake necessary research to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of recommended solutions

· Have a technical aptitude with advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications

· Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate a solid business case to senior professionals

· Display an impressive track record of B2B sales experiences of subscription, solution-based selling or similar models

· Demonstrate territory and stakeholder management at an executive level within a nurturing and strategic relationship

· Demonstrate the ability to execute sales strategies and communicate them to a wide range of audiences

· Have excellent Key_Strategic Account Management experience in Sales and client retention using solution and consultative selling approaches

The base salary range for this position in Washington is $92,000- 131,000

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington:$92,300.00 - $171,200.00

This is a sales job which may be eligible for a sales incentive or commission plan.
