**Summary**
The Sr. Client Solutions Coordinator role is an intermediate administrative role that assists business development and client solutions with conference calls, collateral preparation, event coordination, and work tickets. Purpose of role is to assist the client solutions and business development teams with the production of the event after the event has been booked with goals of developing and understanding of the business and assigned accounts.
This position will support our Show Organizer group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3-4 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Orlando, FL.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Assist with writing and distributing work tickets for sales team.
+ Produce and review orders with operational personnel.
+ Work with sales team on-site as required during production.
+ Assist with Value Added and Sponsorship Sale programs.
+ Coordinate the completion of production forms, Exhibitor Kit Requests, Graphics Order forms and Floorplan Requests.
+ Track travel expenses and submits travel expense reports as required.
+ Attend site visits with event producer or owners when necessary for proper event planning.
+ Assist with onsite event needs from time to time.
+ Works closely with the team in the collateral preparation, event coordination, and correspondence.
+ May also work with the customer or customer’s agents.
+ Perform other duties as may be assigned.
**Education & Experience**
+ Associate’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
+ Minimum three + years of administrative support experience
+ Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications
+ Proven customer service skills
+ Demonstrated organizational skills
+ Administrative sales experience or tradeshow work experience preferred
+ Knowledge of Total Show System (TSS), Salesforce.com (SFDC), and Event Process Solutions (EPS) preferred
**Travel Requirements**
Travel up to 25%
