About the Team:
You will be part of the Network Engineering Team, a dynamic group dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive our business forward. This team is special because of its collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our global network infrastructure.
Collaborate and lead: Work with engineers to research, design, prototype, and operationalize solutions. Guide and mentor teams on best practices.
Manage network infrastructure: Handle public cloud and on-premise network environments, ensuring optimal performance and resource consumption.
Monitor and document: Detect issues, monitor system health, and document network deployments with Run Books and architecture diagrams.
Capacity planning: Participate in capacity planning and provide tools and procedures for resource provisioning.
Standardize processes: Implement processes to standardize IT practices, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
24x7 support: Participate in system support rotation and handle escalations.
Research and innovate: Proactively research new technologies and identify areas for improvement.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing large-scale network infrastructures.
Proficiency with automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, FedRamp, HIPAA, GDPR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with routing and networking fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, TCP, UDP, DNS, Load Balancing).
Familiarity with network devices and systems (Juniper, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto).
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Google Cloud certification and experience with CI/CD pipelines are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
