What You’ll be doing

In this position, you will play a vital role in the Day2 KCO Program, an exciting initiative designed to revolutionize our IT infrastructure. If you have a strong IT background and specialize in technical integration, this opportunity is tailor-made for you to have a significant influence and advance professionally.

Determine technical integration requirements and develop innovative solutions to seamlessly integrate Cloud ERP systems.Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure successful implementation of technical integration projects.Offer professional assistance and guidance to internal team members throughout the integration process.Perform comprehensive testing to identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise.Continuously evaluate and optimize technical integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Cloud ERP systems to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical integration of Cloud ERP systems.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.Proficiency in data integration methodologies and technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.Previous experience of effectively delivering technical integration projects.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
