Position Overview:
As a Senior Commercialization Lead (Sr CPL) at Campbell's, you will be a critical leader in our commercialization efforts, responsible for overseeing and driving large cross-functional teams. You will excel in project management, have strong communication skills to collaborate with peers, and be able to engage with Category Vice Presidents and Research & Development leaders. Your role will require intermediate to competent understanding of business and financial acumen, with practical application, to make informed decisions. You will be adept at interpreting and adjusting to situations with conflicting goals and will require minimal coaching from your manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Take the lead in driving complex commercialization projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and align with strategic objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excel at leading large cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining alignment among team members with diverse expertise.Communication: Effectively communicate with peers, as well as up to Category Vice Presidents and Research & Development leaders, providing regular updates and insights on project progress.Financial Acumen: Apply intermediate to competent understanding of business and financial acumen in practical ways to guide project decision-making and resource allocation.Conflict Resolution: Interpret and adjust to situations that may have conflicting goals or priorities, finding solutions that benefit the overall project and business objectives.Autonomous Leadership: Require minimal coaching or supervision from your manager, demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation and independence in project execution.Qualifications:
