The Sr Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering our compensation programs across the business, supporting the employee experience, and aiding in achieving the team’s strategic initiatives. You will lead the day-to-day administration of our compensation programs and will work closely with the Director of Compensation to continuously develop plans that drive desired outcomes, align to best practices in the market and are legally compliant. The role will partner with leaders and HRBPs to ensure alignment to Job and Compensation Architecture. Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day administration of the organization’s compensation structures including job classification, job descriptions, leveling, pay grades, job titles, pricing, variable compensation plans, documentation and communicationsLead the job evaluation process to determine the relative value of each position across the organization to maintain alignment with the overall structureSupport projects related to the implementation of company-wide compensation programs and systems across the business, including the Annual and Mid-Year salary review and bonus payoutsPartner to implement innovative and competitive sales plans that align with business strategies to increase revenue and market share across SaaS and Hardware products Stay up to date on market trends and developments in order to provide proactive guidance to ensure compensation programs are competitive and compliant globallyMonitor performance and market data to analyze the effectiveness of compensation plans and make recommendations for plan changes to leadership to drive desired outcomesSupport the business and provide education to HRBPs, leaders, and team members on all matters of compensationManage the data entry and submission of salary surveys to 3rd party vendorsBuild strong relationships with external partners Ensures approved compensation changes are processed through payroll and subsequent systems timely and accurately Oversee compliance with data protection regulations and the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR dataPartner with HRIS analyst to continue optimizing the HRIS platform to align/support Job and Compensation ArchitectureAssist with project work within the Total Rewards team as neededRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field3+ years of relevant experienceAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and extreme discretion frequently working with highly sensitive informationDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to meet critical deadlines, manage priorities and workflow effectively in a fast-paced team environment Demonstrated experience to work in and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environmentStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge productive relationships with leaders, employees, departmental and cross-functional teams, and external partners Be able to understand and translate needs into deliverables Positive consistent attitude, flexible and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, organized and detail-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office products requiredKnowledge of ADP (Workforce Now) and Willis Towers Watson Global Grading Tool preferred
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,00 + Bonus Eligible
