Sr Compensation Analyst
Job Description Senior Compensation Consultant provides subject matter expert consultation on Compensation trends and advanced analytics to support the Total Rewards team. This position works with the Compensation leader to accomplish strategic business needs, monitors Total Rewards trends and best practices and enhance overall effectiveness of the function. Participates in special projects that occur to address specific business needs.Develops and maintains project plans including written specifications of tasks, expected timelines, and deliverables consistent with overall deadlines.Completes cost analysis of compensation interventions to support the Compensation team and prepares presentations to key stakeholders. Collaborates with Compensation leadership to draft justification for recommendations.Provides effective data analysis to support Compensation leader towards the overall goal of attraction and retention of employees. Analyzes compensation competitiveness to identify key insights and trends, perform root cause analysis to evaluate opportunities for improvement.Develops and works with HR Business Partners and HR Directors to drive compensation solutions that support major business change initiatives.Maintain data integrity and creates and uploads data into assigned Compensation Tool.Develops and maintains job descriptions ensuring appropriate alignment with the organizations goals, structure, and federal and state laws.Serves as a role model for compensation consultant and compensation specialist to coach and effectively assist with compensation related activities and projects.
