· Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Ops/Finance/IT/Systems)

· 9 to 14 years of work experience as Business Analyst/ consultants

Responsibilities

Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes Excellent Stakeholder Management (both business and technology) Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions, and contribute to overall delivery plan. Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation. Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies

Domain skills – Must Have:

· Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains:

· Derivatives Trading/ FX/ Capital Markets Front Office

Exposure in implementation of reports across different business areas

Nice to Have:

· Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
