Senior Controllership Analyst
As a Senior Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the controllership function. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and assist in driving the financial close processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regional finance teams, tax, legal, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.
You will report directly to our BA Controllership Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, S.L.P. location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, contribute to process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Support the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to senior management
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools (SAP preferred)
• Fluent English skills
