Sr Coord - Outreach

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with community leaders, acting as a liaison among various constituents.

- Serve as a primary contact for agencies to resolve issues or aid cases in the enrollment process.

- Deliver outreach presentations to recipients and community members as necessary.

- Provide education on program options and enrollment to recipients.

- Foster positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients.

- Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls, home visits, and community presentations as required.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the community, participating in relevant events and reporting outcomes regularly.

- Educate clients and Agency Staff through phone and email to support initiatives.

- Possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Experience in leading meetings and presenting materials remotely or in person to groups.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, TEAMS, and other Microsoft Office Products, as well as teleconferencing applications.

- Must reside in or near Wichita, Kansas - Willing and able to travel in Kansas City area to community partners and events - Full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday - Reliable Transportation- Work Hybrid  Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Detail-Oriented
- Community Outreach Skills- Calibration- Multi-Tasking- Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Computer Knowledge- Self-Motivated
