Responsibilities
1. Responsible for performing various fund transfers to support UKG finance operations including intercompany settlements, vendor payments, acquisition and merger wires and others.
2. Manage EMEA cash positioning & working capital management staying abreast of the expected future outflows and inflows of cash.
3. Responsible for EMEA 13-week cash forecasting and variance analysis.
4. Responsible to handle the various sub-functions’ (Payroll, AP, AR etc.) payments and their related queries.
5. Assisting with relevant regional statutory bank fillings and compliance fulfillments.
6. Active involvement in Bank portals’ administration, Bank Account Administration & Management
7. Participate in various Treasury related projects & partner with global teams for providing requisite information & documentation.
8. Identify & address fraud prevention by implementing controls & industry best practices.
9. Self-motivated individual to actively partner with Banks for implementing latest technology changes as per amendments in EMEA laws and evolving business requirements.
10. KYC updates across various EMEA banking partners
11. Responsible for managing the monthly EMEA bank statements.
12. Active participation & Treasury representation for acquisitions/mergers activities.
13. Assist corporate & global teams with internal/ external audit requirements.
14. Responsible for verbal banking confirmation process for various global regions
15. Work with the banks and/or other departments to research complex issues and explore saving opportunities.
16. Manage various functionalities and administrations of Kyriba tool.
Qualifications
1. 3 – 5 years of relevant EMEA treasury work experience
2. Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounts or Finance
3. Knowledge of EMEA banking compliances & guidelines and FX transactions are a must.
4. Strong analytical skills & advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Prior experience in Banking – Trade Finance or Corporate Treasury in Global multicurrency company.
6. Experience handling/administering various global bank portals such as but not limited to CashPro, Wells Fargo etc.
7. Experience of ERP software: D365 and Treasury Management System Kyriba will be a plus.
8. Ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask while collaborating with various stakeholders.
9. Strong intrapersonal skills and advocate of positive working relationships among internal and external customers
