As the Senior Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) Manager, you will play a key role in aligning demand planning, supply chain operations, and inventory management to optimize product availability and reduce supply chain costs. By analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, process efficiency, and inventory flow. This role requires strong data management and analytical skills, as well as excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

In this position, you will oversee both external partners, such as Lowe’s, HD, and Ace, as well as an internal team of CPFR Analysts.

Your main responsibility will be to maximize on-shelf product availability while minimizing unproductive inventory in the supply network. You will work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders on planning, forecasting, and replenishment to ensure the right products are in the right place and in the right quantities, ensuring customers enjoy the best possible product experience.

You will collaborate with your team on promotional planning, forecasting, execution, and inventory replenishment. Understanding each customer’s unique processes and offering insightful recommendations for a seamless product flow to stores will be key in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and your team.

Your insights from customers will also play a critical internal role in supporting Customer Development, particularly in executing new innovations and promotions. By combining customer knowledge with internal processes, you will provide valuable recommendations for sales goal setting and production planning.

Position Responsibilities

Communicate daily with Supply, Forecasting and Sales leadership teams sharing key insights and trends from the account level.

Seamless planning and execution for promotion and innovation.

Effectively manage timely and transparent communication

Work closely with Customer Development team to achieve joint business goals.

Excellent promotion management by ensuring internal signals drive the best opportunity for success.

Analyze and provide recommendation for innovation forecasting (pipeline & replenishment) and timing.

Proactively analyze customer data to provide insights that would impact internal forecast.

Support of Supply Chain to improve inventory efficiency and cost reduction.

Identify short term risks vs forecast by analyzing data and insight from customer.

Effectively manage special pack and obsolete product with planning team to reduce cost to the business.

Experience:

Degree or equivalent experience required.Experience working with retailers such as Lowe’s, The Home Depot and Ace in a similar position are required.Leadership experience is required.Strong excel skills.SAP experience or similar ERP system.Infor experience would be desirable.Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.High attention to detail.Strong Interpersonal skills.Logical thinker who can identify, articulate, and resolve data related issues.Strong finance acumen.

This position will be remote, however potentially require up to 1o% travel.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,675.00 and $164,745.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
