As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist (German Speaking) here at Honeywell Building Automation, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your fluency in German will be essential in effectively communicating with our German-speaking customers and providing them with a seamless experience. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our Katowice, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with German-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate information is providedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experienceIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practicesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed 

Key Requirements:

Fluency in German and English (min. C1)Previous experience in a customer service or customer support roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (nice to have)
