Job DescriptionJoin Jack Link's as a Sr Customer Development Manager to grow and develop total Jack Link’s sales & profitability across Albertsons by implementing detailed strategic sales plans for these customers. In this position, you will work closely with key customers and internal departments such as trade planning, marketing, and category management as well as various brokers that represent Jack Link’s.
The ideal candidate will live in the Midwest or Boise, ID area.
Your focus will be to:
Build strong customer relationshipsDevelop solid DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) plans that drive category growthClearly understand customer strategy and align on annual business plans that meet growth expectationsSpecifically you will:
Achieve top & bottom line sales & profit goalsLead Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) across all segments (measured monthly, quarterly, and annually)Develop 1-3 year strategic customer plans by segmentProvide transparent & timely communication to internal team members and our customers/brokersDevelop plans for channel-specific business opportunities focused on expanding Jack Link’s in-store presenceAnalyze customer data and developing an action plan to achieve sales goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Trade Marketing, Research & Development) in creating both short & long-term category and channel strategiesCreate and present information in a compelling and persuasive mannerEffectively wire relationships throughout customer organizations and at various levels internally at Jack Link’s: Executive Management, Operations, Supply Planning, and MarketingManage deduction and AR issues on all applicable accountsBuild, train and lead broker network where applicableQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience7+ years of CPG experience within the industry5+ years of Direct Sales ExperienceDESIRED BEHAVIORS:

Approximately 40% - 50% travel depending on business needsAdditional InformationThe salary range for this Remote role is $135,300 - $186,010 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
