Obtains, organizes and analyzes market related information from internal and external sources.
Primary responsibilities include
Collecting data regarding competitors' products, prices, sales, and methods of marketing, as well as methods and procedures for obtaining their data.Analyzing competitors' products, prices, sales, and methods of marketing to determine the advisability of adding new lines of merchandise and operations.Conducting opinion research to determine public support for additional product prospects or advertising.Interpreting data for marketing trends and reporting to management for new or potentially new product or service development.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
