Our Sr. Data Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs for the business. Work with users to define requirements, design prototypes, and deliver solutions. Teach users how to turn results into actionable insights with tools like Power BI. Identify new opportunities for continuous improvement and more effective data collection and analysis. Self driven to explore new opportunities with AI, LLM’s, Machine Learning, Data Fabric, Edge Analytics.
This is a remote positionwith an average requirement of one day per week onsite at the St. Petersburg office.
Major Position Responsibilities Builds systems and infrastructures that collect and process data according to company needs and goals. Builds, evolves and scales out infrastructure to ingest, process and extract meaning out data. Designs, develops and implements statistical models to carry out various novel aspects of classification and information extraction from data. Leverages existing data infrastructure to fulfill all data-related requests, perform necessary data housekeeping, data cleansing, normalization, hashing, and implementation of required data model changes. Analyzes data to spot anomalies, trends and correlate similar data sets. Designs, develops and implements natural language processing software modules.Troubleshoots problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.

Build Visualizations and interactive Dashboards that lead the Storytelling of key metrics and KPI’sExperience with Data Models and Data Warehouses, using tools like SnowFlake or DataBricksFocus on Data Quality and maintaining accuracy and integrity within Data Catalogs and Business Intelligence systemsConstruct Data Pipelines using proven methods to prep, refine, and deliver data via ETL toolsAnalyze large, complex data sets using advanced query optimization techniques to extract insights and help drive business decisionsUtilize Predictive Modeling techniques such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Time Series Forecasting to evaluate model performance, iterate, and optimizeAdhere to common Data Governance policies to maintain data security and privacy

Physical Demands:

Pay Range (USD) $74,550 - $138,450.00 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
