Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products,\nInc. (“PIP®”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this\ntime, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject\nto customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE\nbusiness, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

As a\nSr Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial\nrole in driving the success of Honeywell's demand generation efforts.

Your\nresponsibilities will include guiding the development and execution of\ncomprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.\nBy leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and strategic\nthinking, you will contribute to the company's revenue growth and market\nguidance. By guiding the development and execution of comprehensive demand\ngeneration strategies, you will drive qualified leads and pipeline growth,\nultimately contributing to the company's revenue generation and business\ngrowth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and\noptimize campaigns will position Honeywell as a guide in the industry and drive\nthe company's success in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•\nGuide the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation\nstrategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Work\nwith marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation efforts\nwith business objectives and product launches
•\nAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and performance-driven landscape to\nidentify new opportunities and optimize demand generation campaigns
•\nUtilize advanced marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead\ngeneration performance, ROI, and attribution
•\nProvide strategic guidance and mentorship to the demand generation team,\ndriving continuous improvement and professional development

YOU MUST HAVE

•\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
•\nProven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
•\nStrong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics tools
•\nExcellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive\ninsights and make data-backed choices
•\nStrong communication and collaboration skills
