Location: Tewksbury, MA

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What will you do:Collaborate with customers on service subjects such as quotes, issues found during repairs and updates to purchase orders based on approvals by the customer.Handling Work Orders in the CRM to ensure that work completed on a customer asset is documented sufficiently to provide a service record for the asset.Provide calibration support to the Calibration Lab for all makes and models of pipettes, including support for ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates (ISO 8655).Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Reference Standards associated with Depot Service and Calibration Laboratory operations.

Education:

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is the required minimum education.Technical school preferred.Experience:Required: +1 Year experience in a technical roleRequired: Valid drivers' licensePreferred: Service repair and/or calibration experiencePreferred: Experience in customer serviceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Outstanding analytical capability and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve resultsSelf-motivated with bias for actionExcellent interpersonal and persuasive communications abilitiesSubstantiated capability to optimally negotiate and close businessEvidence of professional presentation skillsOutstanding follow-up, time management skills, and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgmentStrong digital literacy including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel and AccessAbility to learn and develop new processes within our CRM applicationExperience within an accredited (ISO 17025) Calibration Laboratory a plusPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to travel overnight up to 20%Ability to travel locally to customer sights as neededElectronics manufacturing setting with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements including but not limited to: safety glasses protection and closed toed footwear.Prolonged periods of sitting required.What We Offer
