Job Title: Sr Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, providing mentorship to other designers, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Revit, and a deep understanding of building codes and zoning regulations.

ResponsibilitiesManage own projects from start to finish with minimal supervisionProvide input and mentor other designersTake projects from Design to Construction DocumentsTake projects through entitlementsInteract with clients to ensure the team is aligned and goals are achievedExperience in jurisdictional communications, city meetings, board, and council meetingsBe knowledgeable when it comes to building codes and zoning regulationsConduct site visits and feasibility researchEssential Skills10+ years of Architectural experience5+ years in a similar role, owning projects from start to finishHighly proficient in RevitBachelor's Degree in a related fieldProject experience in hospitality, self-storage, multifamily, or commercialExperience dealing with clientsGood language skillsExperience performing site visitsExperience with local authoritiesWork Environment

This position requires working in the office from Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work with a consistent backlog of projects from well-known clients, providing room for growth and professional development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
