Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our healthcare solutions ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda to enhance our healthcare solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Implement robust and scalable solutions for Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications ensuring minimal downtime.Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Document application design code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and solutions.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all developed solutions.Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and collaboration.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications using Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda.Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.Have experience in conducting thorough testing and debugging of applications.Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Have experience in documenting application design code and processes.Be able to provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
