JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Director, HR Project Management Office is responsible for the development and delivery of various strategic HR initiatives. With oversight from Vice President, HR Communications, this individual will lead a cross-functional program to invest in increasing the tenure of our frontline employees across Charter. This leader will be accountable for evaluating and making recommendations to programs related to attracting and retaining talent, driving manager effectiveness, enhancing engagement, and strengthening career development for frontline employees.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Work with business unit leaders and HR leaders to understand their organizational and operational needs; and deliver an integrated set of principles, practices and tools that can be implemented across various business units and customized as needed.Act as liaison between EXCEL at Frontline Leadership program management team and executive leadership to ensure program success. Oversee the development of quarterly business reviews that will be shared with senior leadership on an ongoing basis.Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging new hire onboarding experience to that begins before day 1 and continues through the employees first anniversary.Create and maintain a schedule for monthly CEO focus groups including gathering information and data from COEs and site leaders to provide as an informational package in preparation. Aggregate session notes and identify trends across locations and groups to support action planning and response.Partner with HR subject matter experts to develop and implement strategies and solutions that support other strategic HR and business initiatives as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated understanding of human resource management principles, practices and proceduresResults-driven, with a focus on turning strategies into actionable plans and managing effective and efficient implementationInclusively collaborates across functions to identify stakeholder needs and develop solutions to develop and implement cross-functional workplace experience strategiesAbility to effectively assess complex situations and bring clarity to ambiguity for leaders and stakeholdersDrives culture of continuous improvement while designing pragmatic solutions to integrate, align, and advance enterprise prioritiesAble to use analytical skills to leverage workforce and business data to assess performance and improve business resultsExhibits strong leadership skills, executive presence, and business acumen


Required Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior or related field


Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Human Resources or related work experience – 10+Management experience –  7+

Experience working in a Cable Operations business unit is preferred
