BS/BA Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, engineering, or related degree,
Experience / Experiencia: More than 15 years of professional experience in a similar industry, in addition to a minimum of 10 years in upper-level positions. Demonstrated leadership ability with ability to work across organizational boundaries Experience in Cold Chain and management of Supply Chain of highly regulated products Experienced in managing Matrix teams. C suits – EVP daily interactions is necessary. Experience in Pharma, medical devices, food, or regulated products supply chains.

Supply Chain Leadership & Supply Chain Design
Contributes to the business performance enhancement in Hologic Multi-Sites markets through selecting, designing, and implementing product Supply Chain (SC) concepts and strategies that are aligned to overall business strategies of the Company and Multi-Sites Business. Lead and deliver volumes as per the Business plan / Sales plan and develop efficient SC to continuously improve Customer Service, Quality and Productivity. Lead, develop and implement best in class SC/solutions for each of the SC functional areas and proactively identify potential opportunities or issues within the short to mid-term planning horizon, to take advantage of, or resolve them with key stakeholders Manage the allocated Product portfolio through all life cycle stages, from product development to end of life, and to enhance customer focused product offers by value-adding SC responsiveness and measure the same Resolve product issues by closely coordinating with sales and supply teams within or outside of Hologic to ensure availability of volumes as per the Business plan at right place / right time and right quality Manage projects, develop business cases and relevant success criteria for delivery. Communicate progress, issues, and risks to maintain cost and timely delivery. Ensure stakeholder relationship and engagement Develop and implement, using right team support and business alignment, Best in Class SIOP process aligned to the Hologic IBP process Set up KPI’s and performance monitoring process for internal suppliers and provide regular inputs / updates to enhance quality of delivery and service from internal sourcesCOGS, Inventory, and NWC Management
Optimize financial performance and deliver cost effective, robust product supply chains. Be accountable for setting total cost of supply and inventory targets, to ensure clear accountability for the delivery of those targets (including monitoring and tracking performance through appropriate KPIs) and to actively contribute to product range management. Monitor progress, ensure accurate valuation and accurate assessment of delivery risk for all SC cost improvement initiatives. Publish the monthly tracker and highlight areas of opportunity/concern. Continuously keep track of NWC elements, monitor progress and highlight risks and opportunities to manage NWC within agreed targets. Develop best in class solutions to manage elements of NWC. Assess, evaluate, and develop logistics and distribution strategies. Work with external partners to achieve lowest cost of delivery per mile per kilo with highest service and quality at regular intervals. Evaluate and develop processes for RMA’s to deliver HOLOGIC value out of returns and reduce/ eliminate and financial impact.LEADERSHIP, STAKE HOLDER AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
Obtain Support and Buy-In to New Projects from Key Stakeholders and Opinion Leaders Along the Product Supply Chains, to Ensure Proper Design and Delivery of Change Projects. Optimize the Use of Both In-House and Third-Party Assets, Partnering with The Team, by Identifying and Prioritizing New Projects that are Strategically Aligned with The Hologic Multi-Sites Strategy, Which Lead to Improved Network Configurations. Establish and Maintain Effective Working Relationships (Including a Coaching and Counseling Role for Change Projects) with Respective Stakeholders Within MULTI-SITES And International Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and other Key Functions. Champion and Raise HSE Awareness Within Product Supply Chain Teams Lead, Improve and Ensure Excellent Communication Along the SC by Consultation and Influence with All Supply Chain Stakeholders.ESTABLISH STRATEGIC GOALS FOR MULTI-SITES SC
