Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, Canada Portfolio Sales is responsible for leading a team that develops growth strategies and drives revenue and profit from within PayPal’s Canada Enterprise and Small Business sector. Reporting to the Senior Vice President who leading PayPal’s North American Enterprise group, this role requires a significant track record of driving incremental commercial growth via strategic account leadership and successful executive engagement in a complex solution selling and competitive environment. It also demands strong portfolio management leadership, limiting account decline, reducing churn, and growing both revenue and margin volumes through contract renegotiations and renewals. Ultimately, this high-level performer is expected to serve as a player/coach to increase PayPal’s relevance with influential companies in Canada.This role involves expanding commercial relationships with key strategic partners. Responsibilities include leading a team that owns the overall strategy and commercial targets for Canada, focusing on developing a pipeline of value-based opportunities and fostering new strategic relationships.
