Sr Director, Revenue Partnerships

You will represent and manage Revenue Partners internally and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, taking feedback from partners' business/product leads, advertisers, and internal teams to drive adoption and growth of the Platform. Work with the Head of Business Development and Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop partner management plans for key partners and serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for key Partners and build and maintain strong relationships with those partners to drive mutually agreed upon KPI’s. Work closely with Sales, PMM, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to track and analyze key metrics that measure partner success and value. Serve as the “voice of the partner” within Universal Ads, disseminating relevant information to internal stakeholders shareholders as needed. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** **Drive Strategic Demand Growth** · Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to bring new advertisers and industries into the Universal Ads ecosystem · Build relationships with third-party platforms and SMB aggregators (e.g. Shopify, BigCommerce) to source new advertising opportunities. · Collaborate with internal teams to identify untapped advertiser segments and launch tailored initiatives that expand Universal Ads' reach and adoption. · Lead strategic negotiations and partnerships that unlock new demand channels, including integrations with marketing technology and AI-powered creative solutions. · Serve as a thought leader for new vertical opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors. **Ensure Customer Retention and Success** · Develop and implement programs to maximize partner success, such as data-driven performance insights, co-marketing campaigns, and platform optimization strategies. · Work closely with product, engineering, and product marketing teams to prioritize feature development that addresses partner needs and ensures long-term engagement. · Champion a partner-first approach, offering tailored solutions and support to help partners grow their ad inventory and revenue. · Organize and lead QBRs to showcase platform innovations, share success stories, and facilitate collaboration across the Universal Ads ecosystem. · Develop and implement scalable partner programs that include training, incentives, and playbooks for ecosystem adoption. · Collaborate with partners on case studies and best practices to increase adoption and showcase Universal Ads’ impact. · Analyze retention data to proactively address churn risks within the partner ecosystem. **Lead Cross-Functional Execution** · Collaborate with internal teams across product, engineering, product marketing, and product solutions to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and drive platform growth. · Advocate for resourcing and prioritization of key partnerships with Comcast’s senior leadership team. · Serve as the primary voice of partners, ensuring their needs and insights shape platform strategy and innovation. **Employees at all levels are expected to:** + Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job. + Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services. + Know your stuff be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences. + Win as a team make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas. + Be an active part of the Net Promoter System a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers. + Drive results and growth. + Respect and promote inclusion & diversity. + Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities. **Disclaimer:** + This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
