The Senior Director, Special Projects will report directly to the DaVita Chief People Officer. This teammate will support the development of the business strategy, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, organizing management processes, business communications internally and externally, and supporting employee engagement. This teammate will operate on a national level, working with central business functions and operating teams across the country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prior experience in Strategy, Consulting with Project Management or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare or financial operations leadership.Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferredAt least 7 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership roleA minimum of 2 years of project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint requiredPrior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated care models preferredAdditional Success Factors:

Salary/ Wage Range
$146,600.00 - $215,300.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
